In accordance with HOA Resolution 2018-6, when property is sold/transferred in the Association a fee of $100 will be assessed.  This fee covers administrative costs to execute the transfer and will be deposited in the Association’s operating account. Colorado law requires HOAs to disclose all fees associated with the sale of a home.  This is the only fee we currently have.
